Ivy Colón: “I am a 500-hour RYT certified in multiple yoga formats, with over 100 hours of continuing education, as well as a certified Reiki practitioner. Since I came into Yoga in 2018 it has completely changed my life and it’s helped me to understand myself better through this journey. Embracing curiosity has led me to explore sound healing. Though I am still deepening my relationship with singing bowls, playing them feels remarkably intuitive. As I continue to practice and learn, it brings me great joy to share the simple, transformative power of sound and experience how effortlessly sound can move energy”.  @ivy_sense
